On every plan, export templates use English headers and field names. Extracted text and source-table headers generally stay in the document’s language.
How usage is counted
One PDF page or one image file uses one unit. A three-page PDF and two images use five units. Both your remaining allowance and your plan’s batch limit apply.
Free and Free+ have the same daily allowance. The daily period runs for 24 hours from the first counted request in that period, rather than resetting at midnight. Premium normally resets at the end of the subscription billing period.
Included capabilities
All plans support the same document categories and standard Excel, CSV, Word and JSON exports. Review extracted data before using it.
Premium can merge receipts, invoices, bank statements or credit card statements of the same type into compatible flat Excel or CSV outputs. Word, JSON, paystubs and table images are excluded.
Premium offers Xero CSV for receipts, invoices and bank/card statements, and QuickBooks CSV for bank/card statements. Check the destination’s import requirements. Parallel processing runs up to ten files concurrently; actual time depends on the files and service conditions.
Billing questions
Can I use it without paying?
Yes. Free works without an account. A free account adds batching, email delivery and a larger file-size limit, but does not increase the daily allowance.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Further conversions that exceed the remaining allowance are blocked until it resets. Check the usage indicator for the reset time.
How do I pay?
Payments use Stripe Checkout, configured for cards and Link. Check the options and final amount shown at checkout before subscribing.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing in your account to access the billing portal. Review the cancellation options and effective date shown there. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
