How We Handle Your Documents
Documents and extracted results are processed by the backend and Google’s Gemini API to create the requested output. Optional email delivery sends output attachments through Resend and creates copies with email providers and recipients. Diagnostic logs can contain filenames and excerpts of extracted content. There is no unconditional zero-retention promise.
What We Do Collect
Account and sign-in information, identifiers, quota records, subscription/payment references and support communications are processed to operate the service. Google or GitHub sign-in can supply account/profile information. Usage and billing records may be associated with an account; the aggregate conversion counter is not the only record.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Privacy rights can apply without a registered account. Subject to applicable conditions, these include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent where relied on, and complaints to a supervisory authority.
