Which receipt details appear in the output
The standard Excel export includes Lines and Documents sheets for item details and receipt summaries. Information that is absent or unreadable may be missing or incorrect.
Can faded or handwritten receipts be converted
You can try a readable photo, but faded print and handwriting can reduce accuracy. Check the output and correct it against the original.
Can I upload or merge several receipts
Free accepts one file per upload. Free+ accepts up to 5 and Premium up to 50, within your plan allowance. Combining results into one export requires Premium.
Which receipt export formats are available
Excel, CSV, Word, and JSON are available on every plan. Premium adds downloadable Xero CSV for import. QuickBooks CSV is not available for receipts.
What happens to my uploaded receipt
Documents are processed in memory using an AI provider. If you choose email delivery, the output also passes through our email service and remains in your mailbox. Read the privacy policy for provider and account-data details.
